Kawai GL40 grand

The GL40 is Kawai’s upgrade from their rather famous RX2 that was a dominant player in the institutional grand piano market from the late 90’s right up until 2013, 2014. The GL40 is approximately the same size as the RX2 and a lot of the same features have been retained. One of the biggest upgrades to the GL40 has been its action and the exclusive Core system, limited to Kawai GL40 and GL50 models, that allows for a greater bass resonance and enhanced tonal presence.
